We’re in the beginning stages of potty training at our house. Nothing too serious, but some pottying has been done successfully in the little potty and general interest is at an all-time high. Have I already lost you? Grossed you out with potty talk? Don’t worry, this post isn’t about pottying or potty training…even though I’ve used the word potty six times in just five sentences.
Nope, this post is about a cute potty-training treat jar and a free printable! Woohoo!
G loves — I mean lu-hu-huvs — m&m’s, making it a natural choice for potty training treats. I, however, have never been one to fancy the idea of food in the bathroom. Ew. So, I put the m&m’s in a tightly sealed mason jar. That satisfied the germaphobe me. To satisfy the craftomaniac me, I whipped up this fun label and stuck it around the outside. Perfect. Now, G’s jar of m&m’s looks the part of a real, yummy reward. (Yes, I’m fully aware that he couldn’t care less about the actual jar or what it looks like. Ha ha ha.)
If you’re in the middle of potty-training at your house, be sure to grab the potty training label — in either blue or purple — at the bottom of this post! Simply print it on 8.5 x 11 label paper, cut and adhere to any jar of your choice. Happy training, mama’s!

Aww… that jar is so stinkin’ cute!!! I think the M&M’s might work for my daughter but my son won’t touch chocolate– with him we would give him a coin of any value, from a penny to a quarter and the reward was getting to add it to his piggy bank and say “I’m RICH!” ha..
